In the Supreme Court where 30% of the cases are divorces and custody disputes, tension and emotions must be managed and people need to be heard, and keep their dignity. Deirdre Hay’s years of experience with highly contested, high value, complex litigation cases including in matrimonial law give her the skills to serve you as a judge. Being married for 25 years and a parent of 3 children including a special needs son give her extra understanding.
